Adult Groups
Practical support. Meaningful connection. On your terms.
Being an adult can involve a lot to figure out: work, friendships, relationships, independence, communication, executive functioning, and finding people you actually feel comfortable around.
Our adult programming is designed to provide neurodivergent adults with support that is practical, individualized and respectful of who they are.
We aren't interested in teaching people to act more “typical” or forcing social interaction for the sake of being social. Instead, we want to help adults better understand themselves, develop strategies for things that feel difficult, communicate their needs, and build connections that feel meaningful to them.
“What stands out most is that they really see the whole child — their strengths as much as their challenges. My child feels understood at So Social, and that feeling of safety and connection has allowed them to grow in ways we hadn't seen before.”
